BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Dr. Maloney is very knowledgeable with all the different treatments he offers. It doesn't seem like he's all about the money. He's upfront and honest with you and really only wants to see you feeling good and pain free.

Dr. Maloney is by far the most effective chiropractor I have ever been to. He is always looking for new ways to improve his practice, expand his services and products. He tries to keep current with updated therapies.
